The Palazzo dei Congressi is one of the most celebrated and representative examples of rationalist architecture. Designed by the architect Adalberto Libera, it is the ideal location to host any type of event. Its large and versatile spaces allow for the rearrangement and tailoring of areas according to any custumer need. The halls, unique for the spectacular beauty of their marble that blends modernity with tradition, offer endless solutions for conventions, conferences and exhibitions. From the expositions of new inventors, to the International Medical Congress, and the exhibition of collectible stamps, or the concert of the Chemical Brothers, every event finds a perfect venue here.
High technology at your service
The Auditorium has been outfitted with new equipment that can accommodate cinematographic events, fashion shows, performances, in addition to its established ability to host congressional fairs and conventions: Digital Light DL.2 lighting system for the management of moving images, along with two Kinoton professional projectors that guarantee image and lighting stability. A third digital video projector reads Blu Ray and D-Cinema and is programmed for 3D. The audio system is Dolby Surround and the stage is partially detachable, and expandable up to 140 square meters (1500 square feet). The hall also has a motorized screen (12x7 meters/39x23 feet), a fixed frame, four translation booths, a recording studio and four motorized suspended stage lighting beams.
